چکیده
New achievements in the field of communication technology enabled an innovative approach solving existing problems power system. The IEC 61850 norm provides a standardized among secondary equipment devices. Numerical relays have limited internal memory terms data storage and capability subsequent analysis. Therefore feasibility making high resolution long term records using open-source hardware software is tested. observed restrictions on driver SMV to COMTRADE conversion are documented this paper.
